External Walls
A number of residents have referred to problems that they are having with the rendering finish on external walls and in particular with paint peeling off or being lost completely.
Be Aware – Rogue Trader
An elderly resident in Middlemarsh Street paid a rogue trader £250 today after his tree branches were cut without request or permission. No invoice or receipt were issued. The police have been informed.
