The failure of external rendering and paint has been highlighted in the Big Poundbury Conversation survey, and the subject of further correspondence to a significant number of residents. An elderly resident in Middlemarsh Street paid a rogue trader £250 today after his tree branches were cut without request or permission. No invoice or receipt were issued. The police have been informed.
