Dear Residents,
The PRA Committee has reviewed whether we should proceed with tonight’s (18th July 2022) planned meeting in light of the extreme temperatures and concerns expressed by a number of residents. We have concluded that the Brownsword Hall is likely to be uncomfortably hot this evening and we must make the comfort and well-being of attendees our first priority. We also do not wish our special guest speaker to be addressing a sparse audience.
We have therefore concluded, with great regret, that the best course of action is to postpone the meeting. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. This was a difficult decision and we do hope residents will understand. We will rearrange the meeting as soon as we can book a suitable date.
