Neighbourhood Watch – Poundbury Phase 1

Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) is active community that comes together to create a safer and caring environment . Our aim is to bring neighbours together to create a strong friendly active community where crime and antisocial behaviour are less likely to happen. Our vision is that of a caring society that is focused on trust and respect.

Joining a recognised scheme helps the police monitor the area more effectively, and by providing as easy link between police and residents we are able to disseminate information that in turn increases efficient policing and encourages mutual confidence.
