The first two Big Conversation Community Meetings have been fully booked, although you can add yourself to a wait list to see if spaces become available. A third has been arranged for Saturday 28th October, 0930-1115. You only need to attend one meeting! They will summarise the findings and facilitate an initial discussion about the way forward.
To help us manage numbers, booking is essential.
Please make sure you have read the newspaper before attending a meeting. If for any reason you cannot come, please cancel via Eventbrite so we can offer the space to someone else. Please do not attend if feeling unwell. Let us know of any special requirements for accessibility as we are keen to cater for you.
The Big Poundbury Conversation is an initiative launched by the Residents’ Association for all who live, work in or visit Poundbury, enjoy the shops and facilities, or who run organisations here. By September 2023, over 750 people, businesses and organisations had shared their views.
The results are now published in The Big Conversation Newspaper which is being delivered to every home and business, and will be available at a number of local outlets. You can also read it online. For those who like stats, a presentation with further details can be viewed.
